With its brilliant soft white beaches and pristine natural beauty, the Caicos islands feature breath-taking landscapes of coral reefs, cays, caves, and sea cliffs. On the scarcely populated island of South Caicos, the design approach for this new 5-star, all-inclusive resort was to restore, preserve, and protect as much of the untouched tropical environment as possible. The site has several existing structures, including six large condominium buildings and one restaurant/casino building. New buildings were designed along and in-between the existing precast condominium buildings, creating a total of 655 guest rooms.
