In 2015, DCM entered an on-going contract with Macerich to support the redevelopment of the Market Street Gallery. Along the three blocks of Philadelphia’s new “fashion district,” DCM provides a wide range of architecture and engineering consulting services from the basement to the roof; from retail spaces to management offices. To help acquire tenants, DCM continues to perform numerous surveys, feasibility studies, lease plans, architecture/engineering design, code review, inspections, landlord infrastructure coordination, and assessments.
