DCM serves as the exclusive designer of record for Priton, a proprietary panelized wall system and in 2016, Priton panels finally came to the United States. The Priton system is used in the construction of Nantucket’s first-ever leasable apartment complex, called “Meadows I,” overcoming strict historical commission and energy code requirements. The new development includes six two-story buildings and a total 28 rental units. Each building offers a combination of 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom, and studio apartments.
