MAINTENANCE
Mid-Atlantic Social Security Center
Philadelphia, PA

At this large facility, DCM completed three contracts that reduced energy consumption and improved building operations. To complete the implementation of the new sequence of operations, DCM was hired to provide design-build services to replace two 350-ton chillers and convert the existing the chilled water system from a constant flow to a variable flow. DCM used energy modeling to optimize the selection and design for the new chillers. To prevent any interruptions to the building operations, DCM installed a temporary chiller under a separate contract.
