In 2009, DCM provided architecture and engineering consulting services to PREIT to refurbish 801 Market Street. The scope included planning, surveying and assessments for building shell, as well as the horizontal and vertical circulation, particularly relating to the freight elevator, loading dock and truck turn-around area at the back of the building. In addition, DCM performed interior and mechanical design for the Filbert Street ‘Sky-Bridge,’ which connects a parking structure along Filbert Street with the former Strawbridge’s Building.
